Nowadays, so called internet specific commercial fee is raised. Korea telecom and hanaro telecom assert this for the reason of claiming of stockholders and reality of gainings. This may be natural in Korea which is the capitalist country. In capitalism , social basement is composed of producers and consumers, and these two subjects react each other. That process develops capitalist society.And consumer's or producer's destruction can cause all comunity member's demage.For preventing this terrible demage, it needs safeguard instrument.One of the method is realistic returns. Now, stockholders of the cooperation claim mernet specific commercial fee system for the reason of objects. If korea have a only character of capitalism, this logic is never wrong. But We all know that nation's existing reason is not only for emboding capitalsim. Nation's existing is for community safe and the pursuit of happiness. And I think Capitalism is not for the seek of itself but for the search of happiness in community. Internet is character of public estate and basic industries. Already this had become key industries which is likely to road, telephone railway. This should not belong logic of capitalism. Internet is public estate. But, now the people who maintaing internet specific fee always say this is effect on reducing fee on people that hardly ever websurfing. But I think this is  nonsense. Some of material of stactics show that if the country netizen's surfing average apply on internet specific fee system, Internet fee is from 3 to 8 times than internet fixed fee. For worse, internet specific fee system calculate not hours but traffics. This means restriction of development of persnal websites. Maybe each website's host makes themselves' more and more simple. This situation can cause recessing of internet culture. So I should proclaim to you. Let's together oppose Internet specific commercial fee systerm! Ladies and Gentleman. Though internet is same as national basic industries, and this is as clearly as a light. What do you think about the reason that this internet specific duty raised? Nevertheless many of basic reason,  I think the first reasoning is KT & HANARO cooperation stockholders' ignorance of Korea situation. Now KT stockholder's majorities is not Korean. They don't understand Korean's reality. So, they always claim internet specific fee system. They don't know this is not generally producing material but public estate. They only take Internet as manufacture. In this time I please you foreign stockholders. Get out of yourselves's ignorance and I want you to realize that Internet is not only manufacturing.
